Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra

A Living Meditation Course

Format: Live classes · Pre-recorded explanations · Guided practices

Pace: Fully self-paced · Long-term access

This course is an invitation to slow down—and deepen.

The Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra is not a method to add to your toolbox. It is a refinement of perception itself. A text designed not for beginners seeking techniques, but for practitioners and teachers ready to inhabit stillness with precision.

For centuries, these practices were transmitted quietly—teacher to teacher—because they are not about performance or progression, but about recognition.

This course honors that spirit.

What This Course Really Is

A teacher-level meditation training
Rooted in one of the most subtle and complete texts of non-dual Tantra
Focused on felt understanding, not explanation alone
Structured to mature over time, not to be completed
Advanced in depth, yet gentle and human in approach

This is the kind of work that changes how you sit, how you breathe, how you speak, and how you teach—often without you trying to change anything at all.

Why Meditation & Yoga Teachers Are Drawn to This Work

Many teachers reach a point where:

techniques feel repetitive
language feels insufficient
effort feels counterproductive
students sense when teaching is embodied—and when it is not

The Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra addresses this directly.

It trains presence before method, perception before instruction. Over time, the practices naturally reshape how meditation is transmitted, not just practiced.

Teachers often find themselves:

teaching with fewer words
resting more deeply while guiding others
recognizing when to intervene—and when not to
embodying stillness rather than explaining it

Course Structure

Live classes starting February 15

(orientation, transmission, subtle clarification)
Pre-recorded explanations you can study slowly and return to
Guided practices suitable for personal practice and teaching contexts
A modular structure that supports revisiting and long-term integration

This is a course you can stay with for months or years. Many teachers revisit the same practices season after season, discovering new depth each time.

Self-Paced by Design

This course respects the reality of teaching life.

The practices of the Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra are not meant to be consumed quickly. They reveal themselves through sensitivity, timing, and lived attention.

You may:

stay with one technique for weeks
pause during busy teaching periods
return years later and find the practice entirely new

This is not falling behind.

This is how mastery actually works.

Ideal for Teaching While Living

This course integrates seamlessly into daily life—and into teaching.

No pressure to “finish”
No need to keep pace with a group
No expectation of intensity or peak experiences

Instead, the work refines how you meet each moment.

One breath.

One pause.

One instruction offered from stillness.

Who This Course Is For

Meditation teachers seeking depth beyond technique
Yoga teachers drawn to subtle inner work
Experienced practitioners ready to rest more and strive less
Teachers who value embodiment over explanation

No prior Tantra background is required. What matters is maturity, patience, and sincerity.

What You Take With You

Practices that remain alive across decades
A quieter, more stable inner ground
Greater sensitivity to breath, space, and transition
Teaching that arises from presence rather than effort

This is not a course you “add” to your resume.

It is a course that settles into your teaching.
