CIHC-SLEEP – Clinical Integrative Health Coach: Sleep Optimization (20 Hours)
This evidence-informed certification prepares Clinical Integrative Health Coaches and other professionals working in yoga, Ayurveda or integrative health to help clients improve sleep through lifestyle medicine, behavioral coaching, nutrition, stress management, and integrative therapies while understanding common sleep medications and appropriate referral pathways.
